Returns/ Refund Policy

CIGARS

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our premium cigars, don’t hesitate to call us so that we may issue a credit or refund. We only ask that you contact us within ten (10) business days after receipt and we will instruct you on how to send us back the un-smoked cigars. Call us at 956-712-3999 Monday through Friday between 11:00AM to 7:00PM CST

Important

  1. Please DO NOT RETURN any cut or partially smoked cigars. Un-smoked cigars or defective cigars must still be in a condition to be sent back to our manufacturer.
  2. Please pack cigars in a clean, odor-free carton suitable for shipping. Enclose your original invoice if possible.

All Other Merchandise except Cigars

If you would like to return merchandise, the merchandise must have been purchased within the last 30 days AND you must send us a copy of the receipt. Please contact us Monday through Friday between 11:00AM to 7:00 PM CST and we will instruct you on how to return the merchandise.

Important

  1. We will issue a credit or refund only if merchandise is in good sellable condition at the time we receive it from you.
  2. For engraved (monogrammed) purchases, unless there is a mistake done on our part, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. The only exception made on this policy will be on defective monogrammed cigars where we will treat this type of purchase like a regular cigar purchase.
  3. Please pack merchandise in a clean, odor-free carton suitable for shipping.
